There is an invisible set round cut diamond in the center haloed by 8 smaller invisible set round cut diamonds. 3 each, total 6, prong set round cut diamonds form a triangular setting, just below the center mount and slightly above the shank. The entwined look carved shank is adorned with 4 each, total 8, pave hand set round cut diamonds on either side. A milgrain finish is also seen on the shank.
